Bavaria-Munich was a duchy that was a constituent state of the Holy Roman Empire from 1392 to 1505, ruled by the Wittelsbach dynasty. It was created after the division of the Bavarian inheritance in 1392, and was re-unified at the end of the War of the Succession of Landshut after the defeat of George the Rich.
