Sultanate of Egypt

The Sultanate of Egypt was a British protectorate in Egypt which existed from 1914, after the outbreak of World War I, to 1922, when it ceased to exist following the Unilateral Declaration of Egyptian Independence and the establishment of the Kingdom of Egypt.
