Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic

The Uzbek SSR or, officially, the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (UzSSR), also known as Soviet Uzbekistan, simply Uzbekistan, and rarely as Uzbekia, was a union republic of the Soviet Union.
