Herman of Carinthia

Herman of Carinthia, also called Hermannus Dalmata, Hermannus Secundus, Herman Dalmatin, or Sclavus Dalmata, by his own words born in the "heart of Istria", was a philosopher, astronomer, astrologer, mathematician and translator of Arabic works into Latin.
