Hermann Wissmann

Hermann Wilhelm Leopold Ludwig Wissmann, after 1890 Hermann von Wissmann, was a German military officer, colonial explorer and served as an administrator for King Leopold II of Belgium. He later served the Prussian empire and its African colonies.
