Igor Tamm

Igor Yevgenyevich Tamm was a Soviet physicist who received the 1958 Nobel Prize in Physics, jointly with Pavel Cherenkov and Ilya Frank, for their 1934 discovery and demonstration of Cherenkov radiation.
